Considering joining YWAM Seamill?

Is God calling you to be a part of this community of radical world changers? There are a variety of positions and ministries that we are in need of, as well as capacity for more. We truly believe that there is no value difference on someone working in the kitchen compared with someone preaching or teaching, it is far more important to respond to with our yes to the Lord and steward the gifts He has given us through service to Him. Through it all, give God the glory.

Some of the areas you can join Seamill staff:

Backbone staff

Facilities Management – We live in an amazing building that is over 100 years old and is listed as an important historical site, therefore we need to do a lot of work to keep it running well! Do you have general handiman (or woman!!!) skills?

Kitchen Manager – With so many people living in community and coming through for training and other events the kitchen is a key part of life at Seamill, could you be a part of this vibrant ministry here? 

Communications team – Our growing communications team is active on web, social media, flyer design, internal communications and more. If the world of graphic design, video editing, insights and google analytics excites you why not join our team! 

Ministry teams

DTS Staff team – Jesus gave us the mandate to disciple all nations, do you have a strong calling to disciple the radical world changers that come through our doors? Join us in staffing two DTS’s in two years, grow in your own leadership ability, budgeting, team dynamics, vision setting and value based discipleship.

Options for training include our leadership development track for staff (World Changer), Solidify, SWS, SoSD and other courses held at different locations.
