A season to serve and be refreshed.
What’s a mission Builder?
A mission builder is someone who joins our community anywhere from one week to a maximum of a year, while joining our community rhythms and serving practically around the building. Practical opportunities include kitchen, special coffee and tea breaks, hospitality and maintenance. You will also have time to be refreshed and process what God is doing in your life in this current season, whilst serving and seeing Gods call on YWAM Seamill.
What is the difference between a staff member and mission builder?
Everyone working at Seamill is a part of building God’s kingdom here; however, full time staff are required to have completed a DTS and are committed to 2 years.
Missions builders are not required to have completed a DTS. Many times mission builders are in a season of searching for the next step, are in need of time away with God or want to use their skills to bless others. The mission builder experience lends itself to these sorts of seasons.
